Our primary focus is communication strategy, narrative development, content direction and media production rather than routine daily account management. Where required, we can work with a client's internal team or appointed social-media manager.

Yes. We offer project engagements, strategy sessions, campaigns, media productions and ongoing advisory retainers. The engagement structure is recommended after we review the objectives and scope.

Yes. The Candid Life Services is headquartered in Nigeria and works with organisations across African and international markets. Delivery may be remote, on-site or hybrid, depending on the engagement.

We begin by defining the challenge, audience, objectives, scope and measures. Once these are agreed, we develop the strategy and deliver the approved work with scheduled reviews.

Outcomes depend on the engagement. Relevant measures may include message clarity, stakeholder understanding, content delivery, media coverage, audience participation or campaign response. Appropriate measures are agreed at the beginning of the project.
