We help young people build self-understanding, gain practical guidance, and connect with mentors, opportunities, and experiences that support informed decisions about education, careers, purpose, and life.

Why we exist
Potential develops through access, guidance and participation. Some young people have limited access to mentors, practical career information, professional networks and structured environments for personal development. The Foundation brings students, graduates, professionals, schools and organisations together through programmes focused on identity, career exposure, communication and mentorship.
